Heart of Jasper's annual fundraiser "Mingle on Main" was a huge success in 2024 raising $10,000 for the Light Up Downtown Jasper Project. 275 guests attended and enjoyed food and drinks prepared by Oink Inc Smokehouse. First and Main Band helped up celebrate the evening with their amazing music. The 2025 Mingle on Main is scheduled for Friday October 3rd! We have some exciting changes for the event and can't wait to share the details!
Two years ago, Heart of Jasper set a goal to activate the alleys on the Courthouse Square. The Astra Alley and Piano Alleys were completed in 2023. The second Astra Alley was completed last week! A huge thanks to the City of Jasper Electric Department for hanging the Holiballs (purchased at Finishing Touches) and the lights (donated by The Home Depot). Blondebrush used her talent to tie the two Astra Alleys together with the colorful walkway. Thank you to everyone who had in hand in completing the 3 alleys. We love the what they add to our downtown!
A new event for 2023-Shop and Sip the Square was a big hit! Each month on the third Wednesdays, the merchants stayed open until 7pm and offered sips and snacks in their stores. Live music was performed on by a local artists. In October, we had Witches Night Out and we found these 4 witches wandering the streets.
