To Our Supporters:

Hello Summer! The year is rolling right along and there is so much activity downtown. Most of us don’t like construction, however, to me is shows progress! Change is good 😊Thank you for supporting Heart of Jasper now and in the future. Below is an update on our projects:

Flower Planters

A huge shoutout to Natalie from Greenthumb and the volunteers who planted the flowers and pulled weeds! The planters look great!

We have struggled with watering the flowers in the past. So to improve on the issue, the Parks and Rec dept is going to be watering the flower plants. Please thank Alvin and the Parks Department if you see him out watering!!

Public Art

Crosswalk murals received a touch up in early June and are looking great just in time for the Strassenfest! Shout out to local artist, Jason Martin, for his work.

Through a partnership with JCA, we have received funding for a mural on the South side of Finishing Touches building. Painting will begin over the next couple of months!

Downtown Courthouse Infrastructure and Revitalization Project

We want to support the merchants in every way possible during construction. We will continue to work on this plan as we learn more about the construction process. If you have any suggestions on how we can best support the businesses, please reach out to me!
