Our health educators are excited to host a free heart- healthy cooking class at the Dubois County Health Department on Thursday, February 27, from 11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. ET!

Join us for a fun afternoon filled with easy and nutritious recipes, heart-healthy education, and a hands-on cooking class. Lunch is included. On the menu: a fresh and delicious recipe including chicken and vegetables
